Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each item is quality-checked before it ships.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, delivery may take a few extra days.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and does not require any action.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before it ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
